SCOTT B. SPRIGGS: President, Managing Partner
Mr. Spriggs graduated from the University of Southern California in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 1984, having been on the Dean’s List and receiving scholastic honors. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Order fraternity, the Squires Men’s Organization at the University of Southern California and is a member of the U.S.C. Alumni Association. His practice is concentrated in the areas of products liability, premises liability, professional malpractice, automobile and transportation cases, wrongful death, municipalities and school district defense, insurance law, construction defect and toxic waste cases. Mr. Spriggs is admitted to practice in all State Courts and before the United States District Courts in California-Central District.
In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Spriggs stays on top of his trial practice by lecturing and providing ongoing CEB seminars to various carrier entities.

MICHAEL F. MOON – Partner
Mr. Moon graduated magna cum laude from National University in 1997, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. He received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in December 2000 and was admitted to practice in California in 2001. He was a volunteer with the Employee Resource Center, representing claimants in administrative hearings. Mr. Moon is admitted to practice in all State Courts and before the United States District Courts in California – Central District.

MISTY W. TURCO: Associate Attorney
Ms. Turco graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hardin-Simmons University in Texas in 1989, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. She received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law in 1992, and was admitted to practice in the State of California the same year.
Ms. Turco joined our firm in 1998 and is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States District Courts in California – Central District.
ELIZABETH S. WARREN: Associate Attorney
Ms. Warren graduated Summa Cum Laude from Trenton State University in New Jersey in 1975, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. Ms. Warren was a teacher and counselor in the public school system from 1973 – 1981. She received her Juris Doctorate from Western State University in 1985. Ms. Warren practiced law from 1987 through 2010. She joined our firm in 2010 and is admitted to practice in all State Courts and before the United States District Courts in California – Central District.
Ms. Warren is an active member of Wild Mustang Rescue and the ASPCA. She is a supporter of the Historic Williamsburg Society.
MICHAEL P. RASCH, JR.: Associate Attorney
Mr. Rasch graduated from the University of Washington in 2005 with a degree in Political Science. In 2003, he served as an intern in the district office of (ret.) Congressman David Dreier, Chairman of the Rules Committee of the House of Representatives. Mr. Rasch also served as an extern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Central District, Eastern Division in 2006 and also externed with (ret.) Hon. John C. Rayburn, Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court, Central District in 2007.
Mr. Rasch received his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in 2008, with an emphasis in taxation and was admitted to practice law in all state courts of the State of California and U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in 2009.
Prior to joining Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs, practiced civil litigation, criminal, and family law matters throughout Southern California.
IVAN L. ILES: Associate Attorney
Mr. Iles graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology. He received his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. in 1987. Mr. Iles was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2007. Mr. Iles was also admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2001.
Prior to joining Kinkle, Rodiger and Spriggs, Mr. Iles was the Managing Attorney at The Advocate Law Group in Corona, California from 2012 to 2017; he serviced as attorney advisor for the Social Security Administration in Tallahassee, Florida from 2010- 2012. Mr. Iles also served as General Counsel for Healthcare Partners, IPA in Garden City, New York from 2002 – 2005.
